The one on the right looks like it is, but that's partly because the scale is smaller on it. If you look at the difference between the highest spikes on the left and the median the one on the left actually has better dynamic range on the top end. Also on the right side you can see it drops slightly lower for the quiet ending, although, again, you have to adjust for the shifted scales
