Dear /g/ I want to be a electrical engineer. Could you help

Dear /g/

I want to be a electrical engineer.

Could you help by naming all the components on this fly swater chip. I removed the battery and the recharging port (the 2 yellow wires)

I think I have a basic understanding of the chip itself but I want to know more.

also a transistor on there
>>
>>52143114
That box bit is the transformer, yeah?
>>
What are the big red fucks on there, only thing I don't recognize
>>
>>52143241
Looks like large ceramic capacitors.

>>52143218
Yes
>>
>>52143241
I think those are the resisters.

Nah, these are the resistors

They look like capacitors

The blue bits are the ceramic capacitors. A small Google search helped decipher that.
>>
>>52143316
>blue bits

Come the fuck on /g/, this just proves this board is windows vs linux and applefags

>>52143114
This is me, get it together. You should know how the electronics you use work. I bet you don't even change your own oil.
>>
>>52143371
how do you know what oil to change to??
>>
>>52143371

Chill dude. The "blue bits" was OP.

Yeah the black box with a yellow stripe is a transformer.

>>52143241
Most likely they are capacitors. Pic related. I'd like to see the sides to see if they have a rating that will confirm this though.

clean your fingernails you filthy faggot

>>52143489

The idea is to get the names and figure it out really.

This thread is more then helpful btw

kek.

You missed the clear LED. Don't feel bad. I missed it in the first pic and saw it in this one.

Data Engineer reporting in here.
Don't go into engineering whatsoever in the electronics business
Don't
>>
>>52144186

I want to evolve it to solar engineering. But electricity also fascinates me.
>>
>>52143316
Did you do a google search based on the markings on the component or just "blue bit on pcb" because those can either be high voltage caps or varistors which are usually blue...
>>
>>52144186
Not OP, but why?
>>
>>52144186
>Data Engineer
I rarely use this word, but that my son, is a meme.
>>
>>52144186
Electrical engineering is more than electronics, anon. That's one part. EE is part of the holy trinity of god-tier engineering majors (ME/EE/CHE)
>>
>>52144826
>ME

Are you deliberately shitposting?
>>
>>52143067
This, that and the other thing, that's about it or so.
>>
>>52144892
What engineering major is ME a specialty of?

EE/CHE/ME aren't specialties, which is why they are god-tier. Everything stems from them in engineering.
>>
>>52143267
if those were resistors it would essentially be an open circuit
>>
>no jobs
Good luck for being electrical engineer
>>
>>52143524
Underrated post is underrated.
>>
>>52143067
The transformer is used to increase battery voltage to around 1000V.
>>
Stick your tongue on the underside of those big red blobs OP.
Easiest way to ten if they're capacitors
