Do you know what the -X numbers represent? Some of my friends show up multiple times in the list, with different end numbers which seems to range from 0 to 3.

Also, what does this list actually represent? I would've assumed something to do with chat ordering but then it wouldn't make sense for someone to be on there multiple times.
