MYSQL spawns a certain amount of children. These are estimated based on usuage. Its possible the server was overloaded for example

Or maybe some fag admin ran truncate (lel).

Basically I greped the old source for unique words then brute forced directories. Stats.php was locked down but with some faked cookies I could access it and SQLi the DB. The ban page also had an exploit on the IP (I think) param which let me view all areas of 4chins. (multiple mariadb instances).
4chan responded by deleting everything.

Because imgboard.php takes the redirected htaccess rule of /[board]/. I just manually overrode it with "post?board=[board]".
Then I added a small script to steal cookies and voila.
