weather.py is a custom script that uses the wunderground.com API to retrieve weather information and then generates two sections of a conky configuration script, one for the stuff in the picture and another one for weather alerts, like flash flood warnings and so on, which appear in small red text below the other weather information. I have a developer account with wunderground.com which allows me to retrieve this information for free a limited number of times per day, otherwise I'd have to pay for it. Similar data is available for free elsewhere, but not in json, as far as I know, which simplifies the Python script.
If I want more detailed information I go to wunderground.com, which is one of the links on my custom start page.
