V-Sync fucks up the synchronization between the game and your monitor, and if you're using a 60Hz monitor and aren't using v-sync, you're gonna see a lot of visual tearing.
tl;dr you can use 60Hz if you're fine with visual tearing or slight lag between game and monitor, if you're on a high budget though, just go with 144Hz.

That PSU is cheaper and of super flower make, golden green to be specific, 100% nippon chemicon. Not to mention semi modular which is what really matters for that price.

Rather said, Windows 10 is pretty much Windows 8 with more keylogs, and Windows 8 is pretty much Windows 7, but dumbed down to the point where an autistic 3 year old can use it.
