How comes that no one seems to know about this tool?
If you want to activate Windows 7 just use Daz loader
If you want to activate W10, just install W7, crack it with the program said before, wait till the update shit shows up or just just download the updater from MS and install it.
Kinda annoying, but it will be legally activated using the HWID linked to your computer, so if you want to reinstall W10 later you wont even have to use a key to have it activated.

Just use a kms solution : kmspico or mstoolkit. For win7 you need the enterprise version or the prifessional(i think) if you plan on activating with a kms solution. There are also many slic mods

Install Gentoo
The best way is to install windows 7. Then turn off updates.
Then use the windows 10 installer.
You will get a legitimate copy of windows 10.
Thats how i did it. Upgraded from pirated version to legitimate.

most clean way is to run autokms in a vm and
slmgr /sethst
slmgr /act
something like that and use the same method for office
