Every time I use windows, windows updates service hijacks svchost.exe and uses LITERALLY 1500mb of memory and almost 100% of my cpu
This is on a fresh install, vanilla iso from microsoft

Windows 10? If yes, then this is "just" Windows checking for and installing updates. Enjoy your forced-down-your-throat installations at times you can't control.

And it's probably using up so much BECAUSE it's a vanilla install. Let the updates finish and it'll go away.
