I have that exact power supply. It works fine and completely silent.
I wanted to go for the Enermax Platimax 600W instead (which can actually supply way more power than even the rm650), but got an insanely good deal on the RM650 so got that instead.

nah, not really. you'll be fine. It's better than CX, and CX isn't even that bad. My CX600 has been running my 4460+280x for almost half a year now with zero problems.
