Hey /g/,
I'm looking to build a new PC with Christmas money (looking to spend around £400). So far I've come up with this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/NGhPP6 .
Any suggested improvements/changes would be appreciated.

The 5800k is an APU and not meant to be with a dedicated GPU.
Since you already had an r9 380, I changed the CPU to an Athlon 860k. Same socket motherboard, except the 860k is essentially an A10 7850k without the GPU.
Changed the XFX 380 to a sapphire one for $5 more because XFX a shit.
Changed the 1866 ddr3 to same brand same type 1600mhz ddr3 for $5 less.
Changed the case to something less shit. I've built in the NZXT Source 210 for gamers and office customers alike and they all love it.
If you can save some more/stretch your budget, seriously consider a CM Hyper 212 EVO cooler as the athlon loves to be overclocked but runs very hot doing so. Cooler is usually $30
Also an ssd. 120gb ssds go for around $50 now.

I notice you both switched the GPU for a 2GB model vs a 4GB model. Will that not have much impact on performance? I'm looking to use it mostly for Runescape and GTA V

I didn't change the GPU.

>I didn't change the GPU.
My mistake, I had a different tab open. Would the 2GB less vram make a noticeable difference?

No matter what you buy that piece of shit will chug. Runescape is one of the most badly optimized games full of clunky legacy code built on top of spaghetti from the constantly rotating team of interns coming and going through the company.

at 1080p? Not really unless you're laying on the texture mods but even then the card will fall on its face horsepower wise before you hit your RAM cap. The 4gb models are great for xfire but that's about it. Having done xfire and SLI, don't bother. Stick with the single most powerful card you can afford and upgrade accordingly.
Runescape is a joke as far as graphics. Will run fine on IGPU of most CPUs. GTA5 is resource hungry no matter what card you use. For instance GTA 5 on 1440p on ultra with max view distance uses around 6.5gb vram of my r9 390 when in grassy areas.

Yeah I know that much but I'm hoping for that to change at least a little bit with the new NXT client.

oh that's right RS 3 is a thing now. I keep thinking old school RS.
This anon is right OP.
So between the 2 suggestions that have been sent so far I've mashed them together a bit.

Does this look good? I could probably stretch another £20 or so from this one straight away or in a month or so probably another £40.
Would I be better off putting in an aftermarket cooler or a 120GB SSD?
