IBM Thinkpad R50e, bought in 2009 from my brother when I was 14.
>1.6 GHz Pentium M
>512 megs of RAM
>30 GB hard drive
That's all folks. Let my little sister use it and she dropped it and fucked up the hinges. Gave it to her later and it worked until 2012. I gave her my 2013 Toshiba and now I have a Dell Inspiron with dedicated graphics, and a nice custom desktop PC.
>>
>>52029344
Yeah the Thinkpad was my first laptop but my first desktop was a Pentium 4. I put a GeForce FX 5500 in it and I was pissed because it wouldn't run Oblivion. The Radeon HD 3650 ran it quite nicely. I wish that machine was around but it died; before it did I also gave that machine to my sister since I had a homebuilt PC by Christmas of 2011.

Looking at the specs on Wikipedia, I think it was a 1040STFM. I remember it had a built-in disk drive, and that TV modulator, and the release date seems to match. Gave it away ages ago to a friend who wanted to use it as MIDI sequencer.
>>
>>52031934
Don't rub salt into my wounds, I envied my friends who had the Amiga so fucking much back then. Regardless, the ST was a damn solid machine.
>>
Some Pentium 3 Pionex piece of shit.

First laptop was a Thinkpad 760ED
>>
Pentium 166 MMX CPU is all I remember.
>>
I had a Dell Dimension 5150 in 2005.

It had a 3GHz P4, 512mb ram, an 80GB disk and a Radeon X600. It ran Windows XP. Donated it to a friend, so I don't have it anymore.
