I had 2 powercolor 290s before one had a bad ram module. Rma for a 390 in return. No problems since. Powercolor is equal to sapphire if not better in some regards. Great product.

They will both work fine, but current games can only use one or the other at a time so there is no benefit in installing both.
(Yes I know there are one or two weird exceptions like Civ 5 and yes I know D3D12 and Vulkan could potentially change things in the future)
