windows 7 - 8 are the better options here if needing windows.

I'm using a 6950 on win10 and can confirm that this is fake.
I use it since 1 or 2 months, and am actually a bit pissed now cause of shittier updating and just now i couldnt shut down my pc and had 99% ram usage. That was pretty nasty.
