I don't remember sorry. I used to have the latest stable release (2014.3) which is based on Ubuntu and the DE is html 5 based
But I'm currently using Deepin 15 which is based on Debian and the DE on Qt.
It's not as stable as 2014.3 but I don't use it as main distro anyway. The performance is better tho
