I accidentally executed a trojan in my pc, Windows defender detected it. I deleted the thing and ran a full scan in my pc (which is still running), and the only thing i'm noticing is that firefox is filled with shit, other than that i just don't fucking know.
What do i do??

do a DoD six pass rewrite and wipe. By all new hardware in case any bios/firmware has been be infected. Change all your passwords from a safe box. Get a new isp, as your line box in the street is now compromised. If your itunes was linked, you'll need a new phone to avoid reinfection. If you had a webcam, get facial surgery and get updated photo ID's so they can't identity theft you.

Probably registry filled with things it shouldn't have in it. Nobody for some reason notices it. If you do anything sensitive or handle money without double log in system i'd format. Otherwise you are pretty safe.

Install Linux Mint. It's an easy to use operating system which never gets any viruses.
You should backup your files and fresh install.
In the long term, you should work to confining windows to a VM, as there's so much malware for windows about. No better feeling than deleting an infected VM image and replacing it with a backup clean one.
