This is the dumbest chart ever, which was also only an intern's blog-post at that company GFI anyways, and even the original author stated that and posted a correction. (just google the blog post you'll find it).
Even assuming the pure _count_ of vulnerabilities would be any indication of security (which it isn't), the way those were counted is completely stupid. It merely counted the amount of bugs on the trackers, it completely ignored what those projects count as a vulnerability and whether this list was exhaustive. It didn't even a proper job at that, considering the inconsistencies and the non-normalized data in that chart (why does it split up the amount of bugs among different windows version, while aggregating them for everything else?).
4chan is the only place where bullshit like that will be reposted over and over again, cause nobody has the energy to argue against this whenever some tard that doesn't put any thought into it reposts it.
