I like it quite a bit. So far I've only found a couple features missing from Photoshop.
I also changed the layout and theme so it looks a lot better. My go-to.

I saw it in the install Gentoo wiki. Decided to give it a try.
I used a live distro today that InkScape and Gimp in it and InkScape seemed indefinitely better and more promising than Gimp just by having ran and glimpsed at InkScape.

Inkscape is a vector image program, while GIMP is a raster image program.
They're designed for two pretty different things.

InkScape lacks a lot of the features GIMP has though. I generally don't judge a program by aesthetic. I tend to go by functionality.

I use Gimp and Photoshop pretty often, I find Gimp is easier to use because of how sprawled out everything is. I don't have to look for stuff to find it. The only plus photoshop has is that it has a better dds plugin, and it has a patch tool that makes it easier to photoshop dicks on to people's foreheads.
