Dynamic IP addresses rotate out every so often, and ISP's are the only ones who keep track of who is using or has used a given IP, and they will only tell Law Enforcement. Even if you do, by some miracle, manage to track him down, you will be caught, arrested and thrown in jail. He'll end up with a broken rib, you'll end up with a felony.
