When uploading heavily demanded season packs to IPT which only HDB and say framestor have released yet, staff uploaders are advised to just label the lesser (framestor in this case) encode as an HDB as it's become easier and easier to trace the trail cause most have been banned and there are only a handful left at IPT still with access.
