What the hell are you trying to do?

Ditch the psu for a higher wattage. And im gonna let you know right now that ram is too tall if you use that heat sink get low profile ram like regular ram without heat spreaders or some thing like hyper x fury ram

nothing much just having a good computer for pre2014 games and audio software like ableton and fl studio and chrome

APU has around the power of an 8800GT (a bit more when overclocked), so you're more looking at pre-2010.
Here.

*though expect some major cable mess with that PSU, since it's non-modular and has a TON of connectors.
This might be better for an ITX:

This. The Antec VP-450 is a decent low wattage PSU.

Long story short this build is trash for that money.

It's the only OS there is, anon.
Maybe if you'd pay for Linux, that would change.

The iGPU on the A10-7850k is roughly equivalent to an HD 7750. Still not great performance, but it's capable of playing last year's games on low settings

The A10-7850k iGPU is basically an R7 250 without the VRAM. At low resolutions and low settings performance will be similar.

Wow, look at that, Passmark says it performs on the level of a 240, and it performs on the level of a 240.

Wow, look, in three of the five benchmarks on the page you posted, the A10 performed 10%+ better than the R7 240.

It's a 250 with DDR3 RAM instead of GDDR5. This puts it somewhere between the 240 and 250 in performance. Both GPUs are better than an 8800GT, which is what you originally implied.

The post-purchase rationalization is off the charts.

>Both GPUs are better than an 8800GT, which is what you originally implied.

True, but there's probably no better known GPU in the world, and it's in the ballpark. There's nothing that a 8800GT will choke on that a 7850k will run at 60fps, the difference is going to be more like 40fps to 60.
What it doesn't compare to is that 265 that you can pick up for $100.

http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/compare.php?cmp[]=323&cmp[]=2972

That certainly is, "What a 7850k will choke on, a 265 may play beautifully," because where the 7850k gets 15fps the 265 may still be at 60.

Pulling out the 250 (especially trying to gimp it with ddr3) is really grasping at straws because that's a horrible price/performance card.

I've picked up two 7870's for $60, a GTX 580 for $15, and a 6770 for free. There's no reason to be gimping yourself with an APU.
