its not for losing weight
its to be a man, be strong dont have soft core or weak hands

>wendsday
-------------
26 - Dumbbell Squat
20 - Seated Dumbbell Press
30 - Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlift
30 - Standing Dumbbell Curl
30 - Two Arm Seated Dumbbel Extension
30 - Sit Ups

>saturday
-------------
26 - Dumbbell Lunge
15 - pushups
30 - Dumbbell Floor Press
30 - Standing Hammer Curl
30 - Lying Dumbbell Extension
30 - Lying Floor Leg Raise

I've actually experimented with calorie intake limited diet. The "daily recommended" wants me to eat somewhere around ~1800 calorie. This is in no way good if I want to lose weight. I have cut my calorie intake to 1000 calorie (im a neet) and I stay rough stable weight. But if I reduce my calorie intake to 800 calorie/day I lose weight everyday. I'm not particularly fat, (153lb) but I know I can easily change between 145 and 160 simply by increasing or decreasing my daily calorie intake average.

Went from 170 to 150 just by eating 1/2 of recommended daily requirements in about a month or so. I can easily maintain this weight unless I binge eat all the time.

>>
>>51951444
Doesn't mean a thing. Trust me.
I've been living the NEET lifestyle for a long time. After 10 years or so, doing light workouts with weights every now and again, my physique was still fine. My health was in the total shitter, though. My feet were turning purple in winter. They grew thick calluses all over. I started losing my memory, to the point where I had to look six times when pulling out of a side street because I would forget if there was a car coming by the time I looked the other way. I think I suffered a stroke because one day I got hit by dizziness that didn't go away. The world went flat and colorless. I had trouble naming simple objects. I went to a neurologist and he said the MRI showed nothing.
I was still in fine muscular shape. I would roll three times in a "do pushups for your waifu" thread to blast past 100. I could still do light running just fine. But I had zero deep cardio left. Helped my BIL move a fireproof filing cabinet and had to lay on the ground for 15 minutes after putting it on the truck.
Only after I started doing "break out in a sweat" cardio did things start coming back.

Just because you're not fat and not weak doesn't mean your body isn't already in the shitter and getting worse.
>>
>>51951273
Stand up every 20 minutes, walk little bit
>>
>>51956849
If you genuinely had the shit you described happen to you, it's not going to go away just by doing some cardio (everyone should do cardio though; it's better for your health than lifting weights). Go see a neurologist or something.
>>
>>51956506

This.

>tfw I eat junk every day but stay skinny.
>>
>>51951273
I don't eat much and don't exercise.
>>
>>51956927
Not OP, but it's more of a heart thing. Happens to me too. If I take a break (like a month) from exercise then get back into it, my heart goes crazy and I have to stop 15 minutes in and I get cold sweats. Next day, I step it up a bit, and fully recover by 3 days.
>>
>>51956927
I did. Like I said, he said the MRI showed nothing. He wasn't very nice about the whole thing and dealing with the VA is not much fun when you have no memory and you're off-kilter.

I sanded the callouses off my feet and started to run. Now I'm sitting here in the winter with my feet propped up and instead of being red/purple/swollen and numb, they're perfectly mobile and healthy. Tightness in my chest is gone. I'm still not 100% -- I still have difficulty spelling words I shouldn't -- but my zombification has largely disappeared. I've started actually doing things again.
>>
>>51951273
At the end of the year I go out physical labouing during the fruit harvest season

>>
>>51957143
>>51957169
That shit is not normal. You need to find the right diagnosis; whatever it may be.
>>
>>51957180
Rolling from the bed to the computer, sitting there for 14 hours, then rolling back into bed for 10, every single day for 10 years, is also not normal.

It's known a lack of cardio causes cognitive decline. I'm probably just the greatest example of it. I've always hated cardio. I used to seriously lift weights every day as a teen, and squats were the worst. I hated to sweat. That hatred carried on to adulthood where I've avoided any deep cardio. I would strongly work a muscle, but never my entire body in serious effort.
That shit apparently has repercussions.

Add in the daily commute and you just described the lives of millions of people.

Nobody goes nearly braindead from a sedentary lifestyle. There's something seriously wrong with you and pumping more blood happened to relieve the symptoms for a while, but it'll come back.
>>
>>51957337
so what do you do if you not only hate cardio, but also weightlifting and anything else that makes you sweat? as far back as I can remember I've hated physical exertion and never felt good when I had to do it
>>
>>51957413
Just do some light cardio. It's not that bad, and it's all you really need to stay healthy. Muscles are mostly just for aesthetics these days.
>>
>>51957431
I did that couch-to-5k running program once. Kept it up for about three months.

I hated every minute of it, it didn't make me feel good or better in any way. I'm kinda curious as to why people get any enjoyment out of exercising
>>
>>51957459
Nah, I think exercising is mostly boring as fuck too. Likely, you're already pretty healthy and young so it doesn't do much for you, but regular exercise helps a lot as you age. People that feel better are mainly fatasses and older folks since it helps build back their strength.
>>

My sister leads an active lifestyle. I do not. My sister eats like 2000 calories a day or something, that excludes her drinking. I am closer to 1200 calories. Shes like 130lbs. I am about 250. My routine consists of waking up, walking to my PC in the other room, and heading back when its time for bed. Weight loss may be calories in < Calories out, but even if you consume half of what a normal person eats and dont excercise, that energy still sits there.

Idk what to tell you guys. Who should I contact so I can have a study done on me? Maybe I can get paid for it.
>>
>>51958519
That is a poorfag meal. You literally cannot be a fatass from eating a couple slices of bread. There's something you're forgetting.
>>
Walk everywhere, save shit loads on gas money too.
Using the savings to get my car track ready, going full /o/.
>>
>>51951617
This, but the diet itself wouldn't give you muscles. You'd be skinnyfat if you only paid attention to diet.
>>
>>51958661
There would be diminishing return and you'd reach stability between muscle/fat.

Exercise = muscle
Diet = weight loss
>>
Fuck I wish I had motivation to actually exercise but it hurts so much ;-;
>>
>>51958408
How is that any worse than lifting weights up and down repeatedly just to set them down where they started? Or running in a big circle, or running on a treadmill which actually requires electricity on top of the energy that you're wasting by running in place?

>>51958519
>Thermodynamics does not apply to me
ok buddy well either you're consuming more than you think you are or you're expending less than you think or both.
>>
>>51951273
heroin.
>>
I do 5x5 stronglifts 3 times a week.
>>
>>51958727
It hurts because you've never used your muscles before.
If you keep it up, it hurts a lot less.

I'm at the point where I really have to work myself out into a coma to get muscle fatigue.
>>
I cycle my way to Starbucks daily on my girl bike. I can't complain about free based Google internet at 45MiB/s~ either and I'm pretty sure the downloads are about 5MB/s. I can download whatever I want in a heartbeat. It's a good thing I don't pay for internet. Thank you based Google.

heheee!

>Implying I don't love my hemorrhoids

i lift weights and get up every so often.
>>
>>51958967
That sounds painful, wish I had the drive to lift weights, but running is the only activity that relaxes me.

Well I just don't run myself into a coma. I had a run this morning, my legs feel a little different, a little tired perhaps but it's not pain or discomfort.
Do keep up running- your leg muscles don't get really sore after a while.
Run, rest until your legs stop feeling sore, then run again.
Running is good.
>>

Booby dance?
>>
>>51959369
I only run casually in the mornings, like 20 min jog I guess, and 10 or at most 15 min run, even though I fatigue myself a bit, I don't really push myself too hard, first week I was in quite a bit of pain so I wanted to quit, but after a couple of months it's the only activity past tech hobbies that I actually enjoy and look forward to.

Weightlifting doesn't make you sweat if you're not circuit training. Serious leg exercises will, but if you isolate and rest between sets you can work every muscle to failure without breaking a sweat.

>>51958256
You're either doing something else or you can expect to put on around 100lbs this year. Doesn't take me anywhere near 2k to maintain my weight.
>>
>>51951273
I don't.
Stopped doing the /fit/ routine exactly one year ago, since I realized that getting fit doesn't cure autism.
Since then i gained 6kg and now I am true virgin autist.

stop eating like a pig
>>
>>51951338
Best solution desu

>eat whatever you want
>don't get fat
>can always kill the tape worm with drugs if gets too large or you get sick of it

Honestly I don't know why more people don't use tapeworms
>>
I do 20 push ups every 30 minutes.
>>
Strength training 2-3 times a week and trying not to eat crap like fast-food or frozen prepackaged nonsense.
>>
>>51951273

I just masturbate a lot, that's enough exercise for me.
>>
>>51961153
diet industry doesn't like success. who would buy diet cola if everybody would just eat tapeworms
>>
>>51951273

Just eat dinner.

I've done it for years and now, seems like it's a "fad diet."

three meals a day = fat ass

Stop eating like you're a growth spurt teenager. Try just eating dinner desu it really works.
>>
I work out 30 minutes when I get up 30 minutes before bed

I don't recommend this. Frequent sessions everyday has made my dominant arm quite larger than my other arm. Pic related.

you're likely eating more than you think.
