Okay so my friends mom fell for an obvious phishing scam on her computer. They gave her this contact information and told her to call them and pay $299 in order for them to fix the "virus"
I called the number and looked up their email and they're based in California and India.
I found the guys name here http://www.corporationwiki.com/p/2ldhc9/altezzasys-systems-llc and was wondering where I should go from here.
Is reporting them just a lost cause?
Also pic related. Contact info that she printed out.

Don't bother, reporting them won't do much plus let stupid people get scammed and learn a lesson.
>>51949389
Motherfucker... looks like he has more than one active scamming website.
>>51949422
Thats what I thought.
It's just that its my best friends mom so the fact that I know them and that they lost $300 angers me.

You can report them to their host. Hosting companies are usually strong about this kind of stuff if they're is enough proof of course.

That's the hosting company he's using OP.
>>51949501

Nope.
Report your findings to the local police, and use the ever so handy dandy "FBI tipoff" page.

pfft, see how 1and1 has been dealing with this
>hint: they host most of the malware and phishing sites on the internet
>All my mom does when there's an issue with her PC is to call me.
>She pays me for my services without me asking for anything.
Stay mad, fags.
Out of everything, I find this interesting.
E-mail that is registered with domains is: [email protected]
As seen in the picture though, the first "sran" isn't present in the domains. Could be that the pic I just posted is actually real information or someone else. Not sure, but the document is:
> g-z-s-c-a-m-p-u-s-.-o-r-g-/-g-z-s-c-a-m-p-u-s-/-i-m-a-g-e-s-/-M-C-A-/-m-c-a-6-t-h-.-p-d-f
Which belongs to a school for engineering.

Yes, some don't care unless who's contacting them is of importance.
OP if you get the virus or can locate it, feel free to upload it and I'll get you the C&C information.
Which can be used to cross-reference the above information.

Send them cheese pizza and underage hookers. Then call the FBI.

I mean, that's cool and everything. Though registering a business in California with falsified information isn't smart. Even conducting dirty business in the state of California isn't the best idea. California isn't a state to mess with when it comes to conducting dirty business.
OP I'd start there by issuing a complaint with the BBB and DOJ: oag.ca.gov/consumers
