grab the smallest FL torrents (sort by size) and seed them for as long as you can. Gain bonus points and use them to zap (50 points) all HnR. Stick to FL torrents only at this stage and then zap them. When you have buffer you can get other non FL releases.

As anon says above, the interview is easy. They ask for to read the rules and faq, then ask you questions on them. If you get the odd answer wrong, they'll explain the correct answer to you.
They also ask you questions to make sure you understand how private trackers work. That's pretty much it.
