seriously now, I mainly need it as I work in audio engineering, so I generally have my audio editor on my 21:9 screen, and files on my 16:9 screen.
On my second, I have my DAW on my 21:9 screen and the mixer on the 16:9 screen.
On my third virtual desktop, I put Tweetdeck on the 21:9 with Skype, and web browser on the second screen.
On the fourth, various windows for shit.

IDE on one screen, API docs on the other.
Communications software on one screen, terminal output in Hyper Terminal on other to see what's what with the hardware.

-Right one: my notes/reminders , music player,videos and skype in case of using it.
-Left one :as a permanent slide show of pictures of cute anime girls.
