it’s the telemetry. Doesn’t necessarily brings you issues or else, but Microsoft gets to know you and to study your profile. As for now, it’s mainly used for ads, in order to show the right person the right ads at the right time.
But if this goes in the governments’ hands, then they’ll be able to know pretty much everything about you. And if this government turns out to be a totalitarian government,or a dictature, then it will be really hard to escape from it if your computer has a botnet in it
It’s also true if companies want to apply some of their laws, like Windows uninstalling itself pirated games (I only heard such a case, but never seen one myself).
Basically, it’s not about bugs or anything, but about privacy. But fortunately most of Win10’s telemetry can be disabled.

i've had some issues when upgrading from 8.1
Well, I did it, I just got 1Go of ram in less, and only one core on my cpu was activate.
And yes, it still was a 64 OS.
Also Fallout 3 and New Vegas died among the 5fps and other bullshit.
