Amazon had the Moto X Pure 32gb on sale yesterday for $350 ($100 off) so I gave in to that. Was debating between that and the 6P (since the LG V10 isn't available with my horrible carrier Sprint), but couldn't justify spending $150 more for 64gb (with no micro sd), aluminum frame, and a fingerprint sensor.
No phone this year has been truly amazing in every aspect unfortunately.
Is the Z5 compact's screen good?
The size is perfect but I'm not so sure about the 720p resolution

I got the 6p on release, 64gb and love it so far. The microfiber case is pretty nice too.
Battery life is crazy good, finger print reader is awesome and screen looks great. I have had no complaints really. For $50 off its a pretty good deal.
As for GoogleFi I swapped from ATT to it after a month and it seems fine so far. The additional wifi calling is super useful if you are downstairs or in a wiring closet since you wouldn't have a signal at all.

So i purchased a refurb unlocked LG G3. When i opened it up it has some T-Mobile stuff on it, and flashes T-mobile on boot. The screen is perfectly fine, made better by amoled. This is my first amoled device and considering how many movies I watch, especially at night, I'll never want to switch to LCD ever again. The screen isn't as crispy as the G3 but G3 has muted colors and artificial sharpening. Overall i love it. 810 overheating is either just media exaggeration or LG fixed the issue by throttling. However, i have never once, in my two months of ownership, said 'damn i wish my phone was faster' hell there is no fucking lag. At all. Its amazing honestly. Its my first flagship, my last being an idol 3 and I'll never go for a cheap phone again. The difference is phenominal

They are very similar phones hardware wise, both have top end SoCs, both have smallish batteries (though the iphone is slightly better). The S6 has a better display, the iphone has 3D touch or whatever they call it.
Neither has mSD card slot, neither has removable battery.
S6 has the gearVR for VR porn and shit like that.
The 6s has all the apple accessories and shit it can be paired with.
So really it comes down to if you prefer android or iOS.
