I like Droid Sans Mono.
Consolas when I'm on windows.

Honestly, I'm stuck using it because I can't get used to new fonts fast enough and I always end up switching back.

Terminus is my favorite, but no version of it looks good on Windows so I stick with Consolas or Courier New for fixed-width stuff on Windows.
