Vent isn't bad, but generally TeamSpeak is more common. There's a few better alternatives for that stuff these days, but most communities don't want to switch.
However, if you're not needing all the bells and whistles, or plan on doing VoiP with an entire guild / community / whatever, then Razer Comms is actually surprisingly good for small groups. It's the one and only Razer product I'd recommend.
Lightweight, easy on the bandwidth, simple to set up, been reliable and sounds good.
