Nothing. By some stroke of luck the Athlon in that PC didn't cook itself to death by the time I realised I fucked up almost four years after I did all that stupid shit. I then proceeded to go to her place with a 9800GT, some thermal paste, a 2GB DDR2 stick and a windows 7 installation.
The best part is though that she for some reason thought me doing all that shit I did first made her computer faster.

The machine was so infected from downloading sketchy porn movies filled with malware, that it was constantly sending tens of thousands of spam and phishing emails to people all over the world.
