Thinkpad has a great keyboard, but it's uncomfortable to type on that while looking at the external monitor, so that's not really a viable solution.

Not him, but browns should be closer to rubber dome. Reds are linear, so they feel the same all the way down, and they are really easy to push. They're best games, but you'll get a lot of mistakes when typing. Browns are supposed to be a middle ground for typing and gaming. Blues are the most common for typing, but I prefer greens. Greens are most satisfying to push, and most enjoyable, but they're unimaginably horrible for gaming.

It's just part of the catch-all, used to work as a shift managed in an office supply store and i have a couple of boxes of office supplies i "got" for free (including quite a bit of jap pens). Speakers are quite shit but have a sub under the desk, yet i prefer to use my Headphones 95% of the time.

I just started using two monitors and I don't know if it's for me. I have an ASUS 144hz as my main and a Dell Ultrasharp on my left. I just feel like I can't focus on one or the other and I'm becoming ADD lol

I think the main reason for a smaller keyboard is that you maintain the functionality of a full size by putting features you don't use that much in the function layers. This means you get more desk space and a keyboard which is easy to transport. There's also the aesthetic factor. The dark HHKB looks like pure fucking sex.
Though I'll be getting a realforce TKL sometime soon, can't live without my function keys.
