How can Microsoft get away with pic related? They even had to install a browser choice ballot, but now not only there is no choice not to buy Windows when purchasing a new computer, but they are even pushing the new version with clearly unlawful tactics.

Windows 10 users don't have this problem.
Uninstall Explorer 10 and a couple other KB's for fucks sake, it only has 2 updates that check for win10 compatability and then constantly asks you to upgrade, just disable them.
