What does /g/ use to batch-download all the images in a thread in Chrome? DtA is only for Firefox.
function a4 () {
curl $1 > rFile;
cat rFile | egrep -o "i.4cdn.org/[a-zA-Z0-9_-]+/[0-9]+\.[webm|jpg|gif|png]+" | sort | uniq > downloadme
while read p; do
curl -O $p;
done < downloadme;
rm rFile downloadme
}

there's an api now, it's quite lovely
wget on linux and the version of jdownloader that doesn't have all the advertising all over it.
alt+click on each file name
>click the expand all images button
>ctrl-s
>go to resources folder that accompanies the HTML file
>grab all the non-thumbnail images out of there

what language is that? Bash? Never seen a function in bash, how do you call it? Where does stuff download to? just current folder?
>Right Click
>Save Page as

You save functions into your ~/.bashrc.
Then you can call them just like every other program.
>>51893957
so just
nigger@computer:~/Pictures$ a4
and then all the pictures in all boards on 4chan get downloaded into the Pictures folder? did I read that correctly?
Is there any way to sort by board? automatically?
>>51892265
I really love bash
Just look at it. The () after the function name serves no fucking purpose and it's great.
>>51893983
See the '$1' ? It takes one argument: the url of the thread you want to grab images from.
>>51894010
Alright, so just
nigger@computer:~/Pictures$ a4(http://boards.4chan.org/g/thread/51892245/what-does-g-use-to-batchdownload-all-the-images)
Downloads all images from this thread into the Pictures folder?
>>51894039
Nope. Space between function and arg. No parens
>>51894054
I realised that just after pressing post.
>Down them all + anti container plugin
downloading full image albums from imagefap ez
img2tab app which makes a new tab with all images
You can choose linked images or actual images on page
And then I use the DtA Selector tool
