This is as simple as it gets. It's literally just two rectangles and a battery bar in Zooper, DashClock widget on top of the pink square and PowerAmp widget on top of the dark square.

I need help /g/
I've noticed an issue with wallpapers on my phone. They all seem to be interlaced or some shit. I've made a sample wallpaper where the interlacing is easily noticeable and highlighted an area as an example.
This seems to happen with any wallpaper. I've tried the same wallpaper in both png and various qualities of jpg (from ~1.8 MB to ~700 KB) and it seems to happen regardless of filesize.
My phone is a Galaxy S4 running stock Android 5.0.1 and I'm using Nova Launcher.
Anyone got any ideas how to fix it.
Pic related: Left is how the wallpaper looks like in any photo viewer, right is how it looks like when actually applied as the wallpaper.
It shouldn't be an issue but now that I've noticed it I can't help but be annoyed by it.

I had the same problem with my GS3 after update. It was fixed when I switched to Nova. But that seems to not have fixed your problem. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Haven't gotten around to rooting my phone yet so unable to get rid of bottom home button and back button.
