1) Copying digital media doesn't deprive the original owner of it's use
2) It's not denying the content creator any revenue, since most people wouldn't pay for the media anyway
3) It can actually increase revenue for content creators since it generates publicity, and people who pirate the game to try it often go on to buy it when they wouldn't have otherwise.
