Could have really done without the cheesy music and Charlie Chaplin speech.
This is the problem with any system that invites any unit into its workings. You'll get lemons and no real way to make lemonade.
Anonymous is cool and all but, let's be real, only cliques that consist of highly suspicious, highly intelligent, and highly cautious hackers and attackers will do the most damage and make the most change... and that's not anonymous.

>Could have really done without the cheesy music and Charlie Chaplin speech.
anonymous is like a collective donald trump with different ideology. asking people to make anonymous videos without being embarrassing is just about as pointless as asking donald trump to tone down his retardedness
>>51873294
Not watching it. Has anonymous finally fucked off for good?
>>51873429
Lol yeah. Well, how can you even make a video *for* Anonymous if the point is that anyone can join anyway? Like, anyone can join a jiu-jitsu gym and practice--how can anyone make a video that speaks for all jiu-jitsu practitioners? True, jiu-jitsu practitioners didn't join to be part a movement, per se; however, anonymous doesn't have a clear defined goal anyway, does it?
>>51873434
shut up, nigger
>>51873832
Pretty much exactly this. 4chan has become quite the hugbox too as of late though.
>>51873294
You've got to be pretty fucking retarded to assume all Muslims are terrorists. You yanks are the scum of the earth, kill yourself.
>>51873716
The goal is the lulz, these moralfags attacking ISIS and banks and doing this "hacktivist" shit made anonymous suck. Nobody wants to be a part of something associated with drum circles and occupy wall street. The end goal of anonymous was to fucking laugh and produce dank memes out of real life, not to change the world.
>>51874023
Nope, you missed it. Criticizing Islam does not equate to generalizing all Muslim's behavior. Criticizing Islam is the critical skepticism and moral analysis of the *DOCTRINE* upon which these people follow and *NOT* the people themselves.
There exists a connection between religious doctrine and the influence it has on the behavior of its disciples.
I'm not quite certain why people seem to totally miss this point.
>>51874051
Also, I fucking love every media outlet that interviews a "spokesperson for anonymous"
Everyone involved looks like a fucking kek. Media having no understanding of how anonymous works, some mask welding virgin claiming to be annoymoose defeating the central tenant of anonymity, general public just reading CNN and taking it at face value. Fucking normie sheep can't be troubled to use a brain cell to save their lives...
>>51874079
Uh... Uh... TIPS FEDORA
There I bet that really put you in your place.
>>51873434
The word unenlightened can be removed and it still remains valid
>>51874138
I'd be more offended if this made sense. Tipping fedora alludes to hipsters--hipsters generally look down upon the criticisms of Islam... at least where I'm from.
>>51874159
You need to get caught up on your memes guy.
>>51874079
>Criticizing Islam is the critical skepticism and moral analysis of the *DOCTRINE* upon which these people follow and *NOT* the people themselves.
Get with the times. Religion got taken by nationalists and turned into "a part of the national culture", like japs and Shinto, like some prehispanic rituals in Latin America. This is a way to use the world "religion". So, if you say Muslims you're talking about a part of the culture of Arabs, Iranians, and some other Africans and Asians countries, even when not talking about actual believers or fervent individuals.
For example it's common to say the American culture and institutions are influenced by Protestantism. Even when many big corps stock holders and politicians are Jewish you wouldn't say the same abou Judaism. There are certain prejudices and traits that get into every individual inside the American society, even foreigners with different religions. Apparently this is related to the influence of religion on institutions and not on individuals per se.
In a secural world this is what religion means.
The problem is that any branch off group of Anonymous claiming to return to the roots of Anonymous will just end up like Anonymous.
Because that is what Anonymous is.

>he hasn't visited /pol/ yet
>>51874800
You say that like not visiting /pol/ is a bad thing.
