When I try to install this graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce 1300 8 Series so I'm told). Problem 1) installing the driver I get an error saying it could find any compatible driver software 2) after doing that I unplug the computer put the graphics card in the PCI slot and the computer beeps and displays nothing. I have a windows 8 HP with a AMD A4-3420 APU @2.8GHz if thats any help. Please help.

GHz isn't the sole determining factor in performance. There's also things such as the integrated graphics, especially in your case since you have an APU. Just look up some game benchmarks of the CPU you are considering and make a decision from there.

That's actually a 7300 GS, it's no longer supported by new drivers. It's 10 years old by now and it was super slow when it came out. Your APU should be much faster.
