What is the safest antivirus out there? I tried AVG, it's not bad (i think).
I tried Avast free antivirus: a fucking nightmare.
I tried Kasperky: THE WORST ONE.
And then i met 360 total security, so good! It has everything! virus scan, speedup, cleanup, sandbox, firewall etc...
What do you guys think about Windows Defender? Is it genuine?
I still use Common Sense 2014 - just werks

there's no such thing as a good free antiviurs anymore bruh, they're all adware except for malwarebytes which isn't really an av

Just look up the av-comparatives reviews.
But whatever you do, don't believe the MSE shills on here.

Welcome to Microsoft support. Our strong suggestion for the best possible anti virus protection is MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIALS.

FTFY
Free:
AVG - never used it; hear terrible things about it. Better than nothing.
MSE/Windows Defender - better than nothing, maybe.
Sophos Home - Still Beta; lacks extra settings and features of paid AV. Commerial-grade endpoint protection product that's been stripped to bare essentials except for core antimalware.
Paid:
Kaspersky - good protection but Internet Security version is bloated with shit you probably don't need.
ESET - lightweight and decent protection; developers in East Europe are kind of incompetent
McAfee/Norton - >normie tier
Avira - haven't used their home products but the company generally does well in AV testing.
