This is my first time booting into windows in more then a month and I decided to download the latest windows build of MPV.
I never got this warning before. Has anyone else experienced this yet?

Wow, what the fuck? The difference between the latest build and the previous ones is that the latest one has a digital signature. It shouldn't be flagged by SmartScreen. If anything, it should be less likely than before it was signed. Thanks Microsoft. This is like when the old mplayer2 builds got flagged by shitty virus scanners, except now Microsoft is doing it by default for everyone.

I'm using W10 pro with mpv set as the default player and using a portable cfg folder.

mpv.exe is a known virus. You don't use any of mpv's precompiled binaries, including those in package managers. You people didn't know this?
Compile it from source after checking it. It's not hard.

The color coded bar is to change the entire look of the window. Changing just the computer monitor icon doesn't instantly tell you anything if you don't know what it's supposed to look like. There's red all over McAfee without it being turned off.
