this literally is shitposting, since devs are mad that by using the apple app store system they cannot charge for updates, they have to make a different app and post it as a different app and then ask for people to buy the new app.
A lot of devs are stepping away from their system because of this.

You can use time machine disks using vlans through back to my mac, on icloud.
Mac OS X has native NTFS write support, it is hidden by default but it's still there, you can even get Paragon NTFS.
