I was harsh. To be honest OP, your site looks great and seems functional, it's better than any website I've ever attempted to create.
Looks good, easy to navigate and user friendly. You have obviously made sites several times before. But the logo is ugly, I can not get any of the songs to run on my galaxy tab 4 (it just seems to be loading) and there is no sort of back button after pressing a album to get back to the previous album list.
Actually I got it to play nevertheless. I don't know what was initially wrong. I had to pause it first, but after that it works like I assume it would

well actually there isn't any legal issue. deeper than that, I know that there are some issues, actually a lot than normal seemed to appear right now, stucking happened before but just once dunno why it hitted such hard now. It doesn't use flash but some artists indeed don't work. maybe you hitted vain. mind if I ask what you searched for?

If it was me OP, i wouldn't use the API since they can disable your key easy. Load youtube using AJAX and scrape whatever stuff you want directly from there. This way YT jews can go fuck themselves.
