I have an fx 8350 and gtx 760 (no oc) and I want to get a new gpu and give the old one to my cousin. I don't know what gpu I should get that runs good with fallout 4 (55+ fps atleast wherever I go) and other new games. I think the cpu is good, but if a lot of people think I should change that too I will consider. Thanks for any suggestions.

I wish
I am looking for something around 50-100 more dollars

I guess the max I would do is like 350, but I will do a little more if it is really worth it
shameless self bump

Is your power supply good enough for a 390? If not (and you don't want to buy a new power supply), get a 970. I acknowledge all the memes, but a 970 is as good as it gets if your PSU can't handle a 390 (and you aren't getting a new one).

I have a 650 watt; I should be good, right?
>>51816185
Should be, as long as you've got a decent one. Can you give me its exact name?
Also, isn't Nvidia better? It seems like every game has options to make it look better and things like that for Nvidia gpus only

Corsair Enthusiast Series 650-Watt 80 Plus Bronze
>Corsair Enthusiast Series
So a TX650(M)?

Yeah

Anything Corsair should be enough.
My cpu should be fine? No problems? I am kind of likein

Thanks for the help, I am thinking of getting that 390.

The 970 would overclock better, but any future games would run far better with the extra 4.5gb Vram. I would personally go for the 390 or the 390x if the prices were better, but the prices here in china are obviously different to where you are.
Another vote for 390. Sapphire and MSI are both good brands.
Also, if you get the AMD card, be sure to install the 15.11.1 Crimson drivers so you don't get the no fan bug. The r/AMD subreddit has a sticky about it.
