Because Nvidia pays the developers to optimize games for their gpus and do the oposite to the other brands.

So you're saying NVIDIA is paying developers to specifically optimize for NVIDIA's GPUs when paired with AMD CPUs? that doesn't sound logical

The cpu has nothing to do with it...

AMDs drivers have higher CPU overhead and weaker internal multi-threading than nVidias, so they're more prone to bottlenecking on AMDs own CPUs which have poor single threaded performance.

AMD also don't support DX11s optional explicit multi-threading features and nVidia does, although not many games use that (Project CARS does for example and look how that turned out).

clearly it does, see the full review at http://www.techspot.com/review/1017-best-budget-gaming-cpu/page6.html

ironically, the only game that doesn't exhibit this ''performance boosting'' effect happens to be a gameworks game.

Forgot to include pic related.

Ignore the DX12 stuff, notice how nVidia is able to push significantly more work to the GPU before bottlenecking and gets a massive speedup from multi-threaded mode, while AMD doesn't improve at all.

nvidia is a professional company that realizes that cpu power can be a limiting factor so they design their cards and software so that they will not unnecessarily burden slow, shitty cpus such as amd's.

Nvidia's drivers are threaded better and AMD's CPUs put more focus on cores and threads. AMD has been trying to address the problems with their drivers for years but there's no end in sight.

GenuineIntel bullshit

To add to this. The difference between Intel cpu and AMD cpu is mainly CPUID. If you could change the CPUID, you will get similar results. Try it out in a VM program that allows CPUID edit.
