X360CE should work I believe.
It's been a while since I tried to use a PS3 controller on PC, but I know for a fact that X360CE allows for PS4 controllers to work with ease.

Doesn't work with DS3, they're a little different from DS4. Sony probably made the DS4 easier to use on PC because people asked so much.
