She's objectively awful. And nobody should be surprised that a new CEO whose main strengths are looking pretty and simpering at all the boys didn't add value to the company.
That being said, I doubt even a competent male CEO could have saved yahoo. It's a jumbled fragmented mess that relies solely on old people or those using its fantasy sports features (which I hear are actually good). The rest of its core business has been replaced numerous times over by better competition over the past decade.
