What should I clean the inside of my PC with?
Compressed air.
Have you stored your computer with a open case near a construction site? Why is there gravel in your computer? You should at least turn it upside down and let gravity get rid of 90% first.

Well I use cans cause I don't have a separate machine not to mention if you're negligent you might turn the air compressor too high and cause damage.
I tried not using an air can before and actually took my heat sink out to wash it without realizing that my CPU was still attached to it when I was washing it. Since then I just play it safe and use a can of air.
Kerosene and fire

The fire will get the dust out of all the hard to reach places, and the kerosene will not only clean everything but since it evaporates at a low temperature it will cool your rig and therefore make it better.
