If you have a normal setup you should get the 380, though the 960 is not bad, it's just inferior in terms of power.

With a tiny build like that you really won't be able to run Brad new triple A games. And if you're on such a small budget that you are buying 8gb ram and 960 then you obviously can't afford new goes very often.
PC was - never - about being cheaper, just more powerful. Even though we can technically build more power for cheap if you know where to go.
Anyways. Find a case on Craigslist for 5$. Don't buy extra led meme fans, don't buy a 700w psu and honestly you could probably find a mobo for 80$. You don't have the money for after market cooling so you won't be over locking anyways. But now that I double take it doesn't look like your processor comes with a cooler so you'll need one of those. Also nice no optical drive you pleb.

Get cheaper case (shouldn't be hard), don't need case fan tbqh unless you want a riced pc, but then you'd need more budget. Buy valueram. Buy cheaper psu from antec or some other semi-popular company. Buy msi pc mate motherboard with specs you need.
And you can always buy a used gpu that will outperform a 960. Try to find a used 780. You forgot windows btw, will cost you another 100 shekels, unless you can get a hdd/ssd with windows on it and find the product key just in case you ever need it.

If you want cheap, buy used parts. Make sure there's still warranty on them.
Don't go for skylake, get a Haswell i5, you'll save money on the motherboard.
Also you don't need a 700w PSU for this build, 500 will do just fine.
