Can an AMD 7870 run Crysis 1 at 30+ fps max settings?
That's pretty much what the PS4 has. Yeah they can squeeze more out of the same hardware in console land but they can't work miracles.

How does one fuck up the unreal engine so hard that it doesn't run on PC, that's what I'd like to know.
My overclocked GTX 970 1519mhz drops below 60FPS in some parts at max settings 1920x1080.
My GTX 970 is almost as strong as Crossfire Reference HD7950.
