Would a be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 cause any blocking issues with the Asus Z97-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard? I checked on google but I can't the answer

Yeah I would. It's a pretty tight fit with my 212EVO and Corsair Vengeance. Part of the fan is below the heatspreaders on the RAM. That HSF looks much wider than mine, and isn't tall enough to go over the RAM it looks like.
If I were you, I would rather just spend a few more dollars and get an AIO closed loop. It will mount and cool better.
Probably shouldn't be getting ricer heatsink RAM in the first place.

kek I said this to myself but 2x4gb Vengeance were $38 shipped when I got them and now they sit in the second channel so I'll have to get LP's if I want another 8gb to fit under my 212 evo

I would only get the pro version if you want to do some srs overclocking, which you probably wont do.
less fans = less noise
less noise is the whole point of getting be quiet, otherwise you would have been better of with a noctua.

they usually come with a "silent wings 2" which are the best 140mm fans you can buy atleast when it comes to noise.
