The thing on the top is a Musical Fidelity M1 HPA which is essentially an external DAC, preamp and a headphone amplifier. The thing on the bottom I don't recognize but noticing the person has passive speakers(KEF LS50), it's most likely at least an integrated amplifier for the speakers. They sometimes have some extremely simple EQ filters for bass and treble which you should leave untouched in 99% of the times.
